Manama: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Bahrain on a two-day official visit from November 26 to 27 aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding strategic cooperation between the two countries.
He was received at Manama Airport by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Foreign Minister Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani and other senior officials of the Bahraini leadership.
The prime minister is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Minister of State Bilal Azhar Kayani and senior government officials.

During the visit, Shehbaz Sharif will hold high-level meetings with Bahrain’s leadership including King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Deputy Prime Minister Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
According to officials, the visit reflects the longstanding cordial relations between Pakistan and Bahrain and aims to strengthen result-oriented and strategic partnership between the two countries. The discussions will focus on enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, defence, regional security and people-to-people contacts.
The visit is expected to further deepen bilateral ties and open new avenues of cooperation, contributing to mutually beneficial relations between the two nations.
