RAWALPINDI:: Pakistan’s security forces killed four terrorists linked to the Indian-backed group Fitna al Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation in Kalat district, Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Monday.
According to the military’s media wing, the operation was launched on the night of November 1 after receiving credible intelligence about the presence of terrorists in the area.
“During the conduct of the operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorists’ location, resultantly killing four Indian-sponsored terrorists,” the ISPR statement said.

A cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the site. The slain terrorists were reportedly involved in multiple attacks targeting security forces and civilians.
Security forces have initiated sanitisation operations in the area to eliminate any remaining threats.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s resolve against foreign-backed militancy, the ISPR said the country’s armed forces and law enforcement agencies remain fully committed to eradicating terrorism under the ongoing “Azm-e-Istehkam” campaign, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan.
