Lahore: The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has made the process of correcting e-challans easier by introducing a new e-challan review feature on its website.
According to a spokesperson, citizens receiving incorrect challans can now submit complaints online along with supporting images. After verification, the authority will cancel the challan if the error is confirmed.

The spokesperson added that citizens will no longer need to send emails for corrections. He further said that e-challans are being sent via SMS and WhatsApp, while citizens can also view all their challans and images on their mobile phones.
All e-challans, the spokesperson noted, are dispatched to numbers registered in the Excise Department database.
