ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, during which the minister briefed him on the country’s overall security situation.

The interior minister also provided a detailed briefing on the current law and order and security environment in Islamabad.

The prime minister directed Mohsin Naqvi to address the security situation in the capital and other related matters in an effective and efficient manner.

During the meeting, it was also shared that Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi will soon visit Sri Lanka, where he will deliver a special message from the prime minister to the Sri Lankan president.
