Larkana: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Larkana, on Wednesday announced the results of the pre-medical and pre-engineering groups.
According to the board, 33,029 candidates were registered in pre-medical, of which 160 remained absent. A total of 26,494 passed while 6,535 failed.
In the pre-engineering group, 10,508 candidates were registered, with 78 absent. As many as 8,208 students passed, while 2,300 failed.

In the pre-medical group, Ali Kalhoro secured the first position with 1,018 marks, followed by Ali Raza Lashari (1,016 marks) in second place and Abdul Mueed (1,015 marks) in third.
Among girls, Fatima Ali clinched the top position with 1,019 marks, while Sidra Noor Rind (1,018 marks) stood second. Iqra Moro and Aqleema Shahab Mangan shared the third spot with 1,016 marks each.
