IHC judges write to CJ ahead of full court meeting

ISLAMABAD: In a significant development ahead of the start of the new judicial year, two judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) have written letters to Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar, seeking changes in the agenda of a scheduled full court meeting.

According to court sources, Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan penned the letters addressed to the chief justice. Copies of the correspondence were also circulated among all judges of the high court.

Chief Justice Dogar has convened the full court meeting at 2pm today (Wednesday). All IHC judges have been formally notified and directed to attend the session.
