WEB DESK: Google has announced a major educational initiative for students in Pakistan, offering the “Google AI Pro Plan” free of cost to all students aged 18 years and above.
According to the company, the one-year complimentary subscription aims to promote education, research, and creativity among young learners.
With this AI Pro Plan, students will gain access to advanced AI tools and features, including the powerful Gemini 2.5 Pro model for deep research and next-generation capabilities.
Google said the integration of AI across its core apps—Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet—will enable students to summarize emails, create presentations, and analyze data more efficiently.
Through NotebookLM, students will also receive personalized assistance for research and writing, while new creative tools will allow them to generate content from videos and images using features like Veo 3 and Flow.
