Rawalpindi: The Pakistan Army neutralized fifteen terrorists linked to the Indian-backed network Fitna Al Khwarij in two separate intelligence-based operations conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 15 and 16 November, according to ISPR.

Security forces launched the first operation in the Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan after receiving reports of militant presence. Troops engaged the identified location with precision, killing ten militants, including the group’s ring leader, Alam Mehsud.

In a second intelligence-driven operation in the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan, security forces eliminated five more militants associated with the same network.

ISPR stated that sanitization operations are underway to clear the region of any remaining threats. The actions are part of the ongoing counterterrorism campaign “Azm-e-Istehkam,” approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, aimed at eradicating foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
