The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Multan and Bahawalpur teams have carried out a crackdown against human traffickers and visa fraudsters, arresting four suspects including a woman, according to an FIA spokesperson.
The arrested individuals were identified as Aziz-ul-Hasan, Bilal Akram, Sana Bilal, and Muhammad Sadiq.
The suspects allegedly lured citizens with promises of jobs in Saudi Arabia and Portugal, fraudulently collecting a total of PKR 1.438 million.

According to details, Bilal Akram, Sana Bilal, and Aziz-ul-Hasan extracted PKR 1.1 million from citizens on the pretext of sending them to Portugal, while Muhammad Sadiq defrauded a man of PKR 338,000 for employment in Saudi Arabia.
After receiving the payments, the suspects went into hiding but were tracked down and arrested. The FIA has begun further investigation into the case.
