ISLAMABAD: A district and sessions court in the federal capital on Monday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with an audio leak case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch issued the warrant, directing authorities to arrest the chief minister and produce him before the court.
The co-accused in the case was present during the hearing.

Following the issuance of the warrant, the court adjourned the proceedings till November 5.
The case was registered at Golra Police Station after an audio clip surfaced in which Gandapur was allegedly heard inquiring about the number of weapons, licences and personnel.
