KARACHI: Armed men allegedly wearing police uniforms snatched a citizen’s car in Buffer Zone area near Nagan Chowrangi, officials said on Tuesday.
According to the FIR registered at Taimuria Police Station of Karachi on the complaint of a citizen named Farhan, the suspects intercepted him near Nagan Chowrangi and took away his Corolla car.

The complainant said the suspects, who appeared to be dressed in police uniforms, fled towards Super Highway through Sohrab Goth after the heist. The vehicle’s tracker was reportedly disabled once the suspects reached the highway.
Police said CCTV footage of the suspects fleeing the scene has also emerged and that investigation is under way.
