PM Shehbaz arrives in Jeddah on Saudi Arabia visit

JEDDAH: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Jeddah along with a high-level delegation on his official visit to Saudi Arabia.

Upon arrival, the prime minister and his delegation were warmly received at the airport by Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ahmed Farooq.

During the visit, PM Shehbaz is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, where discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral relations and reviewing the regional situation.

The prime minister is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant Syed Tariq Fatemi, and other senior officials.

The visit is part of Pakistan’s broader diplomatic engagement aimed at enhancing cooperation with key regional partners and addressing evolving geopolitical challenges.
