ISLAMABAD: A 15-member delegation from the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College of Saudi Arabia, currently on a foreign study tour to Pakistan, visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.

During the visit, Additional Secretary (Middle East) Syed Ahmed Maroof briefed the delegation on Pakistan’s foreign policy priorities and the state of bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The briefing was followed by an interactive question-and-answer session.

The head of the Saudi delegation thanked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for arranging the visit and the detailed briefing.

Officials said the delegation’s visit reflected the strong defence and security cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and underscored the close and longstanding ties between the two countries.
