PESHAWAR: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar has postponed all papers of the Matric Annual Examination-II 2026 scheduled from October 7 to 10 in view of the political situation in the province, a board spokesperson said.

The postponed papers are part of the Oriental Languages Examinations 2026, according to the spokesperson.

BISE Peshawar Controller said revised dates for the postponed papers would be announced later.

However, examinations scheduled after October 10 will be held according to the already issued date sheet, the controller said.

Candidates will be able to check the revised date sheet on the BISE Peshawar website once the new schedule is announced.

The board administration advised candidates not to rely on unverified information regarding the postponed examinations until an official revised date sheet is issued.

Candidates have been directed to refer only to official BISE Peshawar sources for information about the revised examination dates.
